NEW YORK, September 17, 2026 – The custom tour bus arrived in New York on Sept. 16, bringing together music, fashion and storytelling through technology. The arrival of the tour bus is part of Coach’s global campaign “Tabby Tour,” which centers on self-expression and community.

This campaign is part of Coach’s “Live Your Story” campaign, where the Coach Tabby Tour will travel to college campuses in the US, UK, Japan and South Korea until 2027. AUX, which is Spotify’s internal brand and experience consultancy firm, helped create the activation.

Why put a branded bus on the road when the generation is so rooted in online culture? It is the idea, say the organizers of the event. While music and fashion may have become digital, identity is often expressed best in physical spaces.

At each station, fans will be able to take part in an interactive Tabby Tour experience where they can enjoy music, customizations and stories. The ticket booth for the tour will include collectable Coach hang tags with Spotify codes allowing fans access to curated playlists. Photos from a booth will make personalized concert tickets, while artist talks and live performances will bring the human side of the experience that can’t be conveyed on a screen.

“The partnership is really reflective of how young consumers today associate their fashion, music, and community,” explained Coach Chief Marketing Officer Joon Silverstein. “Their identity isn’t compartmentalized; it’s all part of one story.”

And the participation will carry forward on the digital front by means of the Spotify Courage Frequency program. Under the program, Spotify analyzes the listening habits of a user and gives him/her one of six Courage Signs as well as a customized playlist.

In the United States, the tour will visit Boston on September 22, Washington, D.C. on September 24, Columbus on October 6, Iowa City on October 15, Atlanta on November 6, Chapel Hill on November 10, and Nashville on November 13. The tour will make stops in the U.K., Japan, and South Korea in October.

Leather, playlists, and a mobile stage — it’s definitely a modern way of telling a brand story. Whether the tour will succeed in creating some kind of connection with its participants or just provide an unforgettable photo opportunity is yet to be determined. At least at the moment, Coach and Spotify are banking on the fact that young people want both.
